If you find that the Apple Vision Pro is just a little uncomfortable, get yourself the Belkin. If you find that the Apple Vision Pro is plenty uncomfortable, then get yourself the ANNAPRO. And if you find that the Apple Vision Pro is super uncomfortable, then I found this really cool kind of semi-hack.

After trying multiple third-party straps for Vision Pro, I’ve finally found one that does exactly I want: it combines with the excellent Knit Band, allows me to use the headset without the facepad (thereby reducing weight), and it gets my eyes closer to the lenses for a wider field-of-view.
This is the ANNAPRO A2 strap for Vision Pro, and it’s pretty much what Apple should have offered right out of the gate.
Apple Vision Pro Straps from ResMed and ANNAPRO
For my face shape, the less expensive ANNAPRO A2 is better as it puts most of the weight and pressure onto the forehead. That’s not perfect, either, but at least you can buy ANNAPRO’s strap and its case for less than the ResMed Kontor alone.

It’s way way better and the possibility to wear the AVP without the light seal is amazing it’s like wearing glasses
It's not super comfortable, it's hard to get good level of comfort, but, it does make it possible to use vision pro for long time without the light seal, something Apple hasn't provided, so I do think it's worth it. And it does fit in case I have for AVP, just takes 30 to assemble /disassemble

I was a bit skeptical since I have tried several 3rd party head straps to make my Vision Pro more comfortable. Decided to give the A2 version a try, and it works perfectly for me. I love that it can be used with or without the light shield. It makes a world of difference by eliminating the pressure from your face. I now actually look forward to using my Vision Pro!
The original V1 just didn't work for me sadly and I was a little worried about if V2 would work. After 2 days of using the V2 version over multiple hours then I can say its a win for me, gets the full 5*, extremely comfortable. I have been wearing the AVP for the last 7 hours with no discomfort, its that good.
The first iteration was pretty good but just didn’t fit my head shape. This one is absolutely perfect— comfortable to the point where I don’t even notice it anymore.
